Positive Engineering is a specialized company in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Operational Technology (OT) for industrial environments, including DCS, PLC, SIS, F&G, MMS and industrial OT networks.

We support asset owners and operators throughout the project lifecycle, acting primarily as a client-side technical consultant, ensuring that engineering developed by EPCs, system integrators and vendors fully comply with the client’s internal standards, technical specifications and operational requirements.

We support projects across all engineering phases, including Conceptual Engineering, FEED, Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering, primarily from a client-side technical, supervisory and quality assurance role.

Our strength lies in our deep understanding of industrial control systems, OT environments, automation architectures and plant operations, which allows us to effectively review, challenge and improve complex engineering solutions delivered by third parties, always protecting the client’s technical interests.

In addition, we provide focused engineering support for revamping, system modifications and control system migrations, proposing and documenting the necessary technical changes to existing systems.

We have solid experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up activities, actively supporting clients during critical project phases both on-site and remotely.

Engineering Services

These services focus on the technical definition and documentation in new or existing systems (including Package Units integration and DCS/ESD/PLC/MMS migrations) to fulfill Client requirements.

We support clients by generating, updating or reviewing the required documentation to ensure safe and effective implementation.
